1. Cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| idaevia_session | Keeps you signed in. A signed, HTTP-only token that identifies your session. | 30 days | Strictly necessary |
| idaevia_ref | Remembers the referral or affiliate code you arrived with so the referrer is credited when you sign up. | 30 days | Strictly necessary (functional) |
| oauth_state, oauth_next | Protect Google and GitHub sign-in against cross-site request forgery and return you to the page you came from. Set only during sign-in. | 10 minutes | Strictly necessary |
| idaevia_cookie_notice | Remembers that you have dismissed the cookie notice. | 12 months | Preference |
| Whop analytics (t.whop.tw) | Aggregated page-view and conversion analytics provided by our payment processor Whop, so we can see how visitors move from the landing page to checkout. No advertising profiles are built. | Up to 13 months | Analytics |
The IDÆVIA cookies are necessary for the Service to work or store a choice you made. The Whop analytics pixel measures traffic and conversions in aggregate; you can opt out of it by blocking third-party cookies or the domain t.whop.tw in your browser, and the Service keeps working normally.
2. Local storage
The app may store non-personal preferences in your browser’s local storage (for example the last open project, editor layout or dismissed tips). This data never leaves your device and is cleared when you clear site data.
3. Third-party cookies
When you pay, you are taken to Whop’s checkout, which sets its own cookies under Whop’s cookie policy. When you sign in with Google or GitHub, those providers set cookies on their own domains. Sites you publish on IDÆVIA hosting are served from a separate origin and do not receive IDÆVIA Build cookies.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent you from using the app. Questions: support@idaevia.app. See also our Privacy Policy.
